Introduction – Nutritional Therapy
A Personalised Approach to Health and Wellbeing
Today we deal with lots of personal pressures in life; obesity, lack of energy, bloating, IBS, etc. Turning to a chemical-based prescription drug can not only be costly but sometimes non-effective on the body. Did you know there is a natural alternative? Did you know 95% of diseases today are caused by diet and lifestyle choices? And up to 45% of the population suffer from food intolerances that can cause symptoms such as IBS, migraines, fatigue, aching joints, anxieties.
Holistic Nutritional Therapy is a natural, safe, and effective approach to healthcare that enables you to tap into your own body’s healing ability.
A successful session of nutritional therapy will result in you starting to take control of your diet and lifestyle, and move towards long- term positive change.
By working with you in person it is important to establish the body, mind, and spirit in order to address the root cause of any imbalance or health issue, rather than merely suppressing the symptoms. We can tackle the mental and physical stresses of life, work to understand and identify the triggers that cause these issues through Holistic Nutrition and CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy). The results? a better quality of life.
We live in challenging and demanding times – we won’t let that get in the way of your well being.
Have you thought that Allergies and food intolerances may also be contributing to a variety of health issues? You may not have realised this may be a contributing factor to a blip in your health. Quick identification will result in a quicker healthier path to take in order to achieve your personal goals.
The client can benefit and work towards a positive outcome in order to optimise health through nutrition, lifestyle, and the right attitude in order to function at their best in today’s often busy and challenging times.

Is eating healthier more expensive?
Although there may be an initial increase in cost when changing your diet to the right choices to provide the correct nutrition, once the changes have taken place, there is no reason why your costs should increase. This will be discussed at your initial sessions and guidance will be given when reviewing your dietary requirements.
How will it work for me?
A health questionnaire is sent prior to your first consultation, which is treated with the strictest confidence, and assists in learning about your lifestyle and pinpoints the possible underlying causes of your symptoms.
How long is each consultation?
The initial consultation is approximately 2 hours and provides an opportunity to discuss and devise a personalised plan to better well being through diet and nutrition. The consultations are currently on line but usually can be held at:
