The Last 4 months – my story with this amazing Nobel Prize-Winning Scanner and What I have achieved Personally and Professionally
Several months ago, I decided to invest in the Photobionic Scanner that has assisted my clients and personally.
For those of you who are my clients or know me personally, you will know I always test myself with products to see the impact of what they can achieve.
I tested my antioxidant levels by using the scanner and discovered that although I was eating healthily and having a good work/ life balance, I was still only on the Moderate score of antioxidant levels, which was a healthy diet but didn’t optimise me for long term disease protection.
I embarked on taking the Lifepak and Marine Omega Supplements as well as increasing my servings of seasonable fruit and vegetables.
2 months later, I tested myself again, and within that time, my levels of skin carotenoids antioxidants had increased from moderate to strong, and I am continuing to strive for higher scores over the next 2 months.
What did all this mean? I recently went to have checkups with both my dentist and optician, my eye prescription had to be reduced as my eyes had improved, and my hygienist saw an improvement in both my teeth and gums.
There have been other improvements in my general wellbeing but these were the 2 examples I thought I would share with you.
I have now tested a high number of my clients, and working with them to identify and create positive changes to their areas of health and wellbeing.
By creating a goal to return in 2 months to see what has improved and the benefits of all the efforts they have put in provide a real incentive to continue moving forward.
PHOTOBIONIC SCAN – ANTIOXIDANTS – PREVENTION BETTER THAN CURE
Why the need for antioxidants in your diet?
Antioxidants are compounds produced in your body and found in foods. They help defend your cells from damage caused by potentially harmful molecules known as free radicals through Pollution, Alcohol, Stress, PoorDiet Choices, Smoking, Lack of exercise
When free radicals accumulate, they may cause a state known as oxidative stress. This may damage your DNA and other important structures in your cells.
We need to ensure that our immune system is strong as
Sadly, chronic oxidative stress can increase your risk of chronic diseases such as heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and cancer
Fortunately, eating a diet rich in antioxidants can help increase your blood antioxidant levels to fight oxidative stress and reduce the risk of these diseases and increasingly quality food supplements for those days we do not have enough nutrients in our diet.
The WHO ( World Health Organisation) recommends we need to eat 600grammes of fruit and vegetables daily and in the UK, the average is 250grammes a day.
One of my clients had her skin carotenoid antioxidant levels measured – and we took action to review her diet and add food supplements –https://ame4change.co.uk/testimonial/photobionic-scanner-antioxidants-cbt-and-food-intolerance-test/
