When my dad was ill last year I took up running again in a bid to give me something positive to focus on. I kept it up (weather permitting!) but I’ve not been able to shift as much weight as I’d hoped. I constantly feel bloated and suffer with indigestion after eating, even when I haven’t eaten very much.
I’d read about #foodintolerance and reached out to Anna Runza Dip
She was so helpful and knowledgable and a simple blood test (taken at home) and a zoom call later we have established that I need to cut out the following from my diet over the next three months at least….
* cows milk
* goats milk
* egg white
* wheat
And the list goes on….
It’s quite daunting (no tea ? no lattes ??) but I’m excited to start this journey.
And on the flip side I can eat as much fruit, veg and meat as I like (and there is no cows milk in wine right?! ?)
So as I sip my green tea over breakfast any tips from anyone for diary free, wheat free, egg free receipes? That the whole family will enjoy?
